Protocols/ House Rules
This will be a filming for youtube channel @epicmovesmke. Must be 25. Must show I.D. upon entering building. After participants arrive, we will have a quick briefing, and start the filming process. Please dress in attire you would typically wear on a date. If you are unable to stay for the full filming, we would ask that you do not attend. No kids/ children are allowed. No conceal and carry of any sort is allowed. No smoking, vaping, or any drugs allowed on premise, Upon submitting the form you understand, upon entering our facility, you will be under the watch of surveillance cameras . Please be respectful and patient. Anyone who is not part of the show, will be charged $10 to be part of the audience.
